Community Superstar Winner – Joiaco Posted: 21 Aug 2013 01:12 AM PDT Did you know that there are only 930 or so words that begin with the letter ‘Q’? That’s right, and so the quest for a new Community Superstar has quickly come to an end. Meet Joiaco, a quiet queen, qualified with quality quotes, artistic quirks, who never quits. What the Q? That’s quite a good question! So what does this all have to do with the lovely and artistically gifted Joanne Taylor? Well, just ask the creative folks over at GraphicRiver who’s the lady responsible for fonts named Qontreau, Qarkitech, Qwagga, Quinky, and they’ll all point at one direction. Q Fonts She sure has come a long way, and I don’t mean from Knysna, South Africa. I thought I was a ‘latecomer’ nearly three years ago, but back in mid 2011 I found the comments very insightful and helpful and wanted to get to the stage where I could share my knowledge too. And Jo brilliantly does… Community is like an extended family; if you share the same values, then you are linked in a thousand ways. I have a great respect for community, even if i don’t know the individuals personally. In the Envato community, we are all linked intimately by what we love to do, how we do it, and why we do it. Ultimate strength is in togetherness. Second office Jo has been a member since July 2011, and time after time, has not only shown great community spirit in our marketplace forums, but while doing so, with admirable humility to learn and wise patience to teach.
